Prevent Your DVR (Digital Video Recorder) From Being Stolen

Your DVR was stolen in previous incident? Statistics shows burglar won’t have much time to search for CCTV DVR because they want to get out of the place as quickly as possible.

Where is the best location to hide your CCTV DVR?

1. The Ceiling – You can place the DVR on top of the ceiling.
2. Secret Wall – Many homes have a secret wall or compartment created during renovation.
3. Secret Floors – Another way to hide your CCTV Recorder is to build a secret floor.

In our opinion, it is better to have a fake CCTV System available to the burglar. If you are upgrading from older Analog CCTV System to new High Definition CCTV system or you have an extra CCTV DVR, you may want to setup a fake CCTV Systems with some wires fully attached. This way, if burglar breaks into your home, and take the CCTV DVR thinking that they have taken away the evidence. But in reality, you have a hidden DVR that is capturing the footage.
